Rates
are subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered
confirmed until a credit card is approved. There is a four (4)
night minimum during the peak and mid seasons. There is also
a minimum stay of four (4) nights during the holidays of July
4 and Labor Day.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is due through MC or VISA at the time of reservation.
The remaining 50% is due through credit card or cash at check-in.
General
Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health,
there is no smoking in the house. Check-in and check-out times are flexible
according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving
on
your dates. Any major
damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be charged to the original
credit card used at deposit.
Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a wonderful, QUIET, safe, residential
neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of eight (8) people,
including children. With respect for our neighbors, Ft. Lauderdale Vacation
House is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind.
It is intended for mature adults and families. Larger gatherings of
guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing by the owners.
We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups, or bachelor parties.
No loud noise after 11pm.
Cancellation
Policy
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing
or e-mail for a refund of a deposit.
A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or
e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There
is always
a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation
is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within
sixty
days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied
to the new reservation. There are no refunds for early departures
and no-shows.
Pet
Friendly
There is a $95 refundable deposit per pet. Proof of current license and vaccinations
is required prior to arrival. Guests
will
be
responsible
to
pay
additional costs after check-out if there is major damage caused by their pet(s).
